Seignanx is located at the southern end of the Landes’ coast, only 10 km far from Hossegor and Capbreton marinas.It is also situated close to the district of Orthe (which hosts a weekly market at Peyrehorade every Wednesday, and has done since 1358) and Dax with its hot spring and roman baths.
Close by is “Hautes Landes” with its regional park and its ecomuseum of Marquèze, which make great days out.

Your stay in Seignanx also gives you the opportunity to visit Spain to taste tapas, take a stroll in the historic town-centres of Fontarrabie or San Sebastian, hike to the top of Jaizkibel or discover the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao.Finally, we can point out how close are Bearn villages such as Navarrenx or Salies de Bearn, known as “Salt city” or “Venice Bearnaise”. This will appeal to you with its narrow flower-lined alleys which snake between old stone houses with their sloping roofs. This the typical architecture of Henry IV’s kingdom, whose chateau in Pau should not be missed.
