- GR 8, well-marked path (sentier pédestre et VTT) which goes along the Landais coast (Mimizan, Seignosse...), pass through the Seignanx (St André de Seignanx – Biaudos – St Laurent de Gosse) before crossing the river Adour (Urt) and join the Basque countries (link to GR10).

- Road to St Jacques de Compostelle : « Voie littorale » and « chemin de Baztan ».

- Bike trail : tarmac route (cyclists and roller-bladers) along the Landais coast (Biscarrosse, Hossegor...) till Ondres and Tarnos.
