DEMARCHE QUALITE

Au mois de septembre, l'Office de Tourisme du Seignanx a obtenu la marque Qualité Tourisme : marque créée par l'Etat afin de garantir des prestations de qualité aux clients. A ce jour, seuls 6 offices de tourisme dans les Landes ont reçu ce label. Depuis 2008, le personnel met en place des procédures, enquêtes, manuels qualité pour répondre aux 155 critères du référentiel national (Ex : Accueillir le client de manière personnalisé dans un espace propre et facilement accessible/ Donner des informations claires et complètes au guichet, téléphone, sur notre site internet). L'Office de tourisme a des missions d'accueil et d'information mais également de promotion.
